Before applying for admission, please make sure that ...
The student is currently residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain AND has a valid CPR Number.
The student has studied in CBSE affiliated schools.
The student's academic performance is excellent (aggregate above 75%) for admission to Grades 2 to 9.
The student meets the eligibility criteria given below for admission to Grade 11.

Step 1
Collect a Prospectus for Admission from the school office
Admission to Grades 2 and above does not happen at the same time as the lower grades. Please contact the school office to get exact dates.
Please produce the original CPR of the student at the school office for collecting the prospectus.
The dates for submission of completed Application Forms will be mentioned in the prospectus. Completed application forms will be accepted ONLY on the mentioned dates.
Photocopies of the following documents must be attached with the completed Application Form.
The child’s Passport (first and last pages)
Front and back of the child’s CPR or CPR Smartcard Data
Current and previous years Progress Report/Mark Sheet showing performance in the examinations held at the previous school
Transfer Certificate from the other school
The child’s Health/Immunization record issued by the Ministry of Health in Bahrain.
For admission to Grade 11, report card of Grade 10 Model Examination marks
Character & Conduct certificates
For admission to Grades 9 & 10, document showing student has passed the third language examination
SC/ST/OBC certificate from a competent authority who is authorized by the Government of India to issue such a certificate (if applicable)
No other documents need to be submitted.
THE ORIGINAL PASSPORT AND CPR CARD HAVE TO BE PRODUCED FOR VERIFICATION AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION.
A call letter intimating dates for an Admission test and interview will be given once document verification is completed.
Step 2
Complete the online admission application form
Successful applicants need to submit an online application form.
Step 3
Selected candidates will be interviewed and tested
Prospective students who pass in the Admission Test will then need to attend an interview with a panel comprising of the Principal, Vice Principal and Director at the least. Both parents and the child must be present for the interview. The decision of the Principal will be final with regard to all matters related to admission.
Step 4
Pay fees and submit an Undertaking Letter to gain provisional admission
If a prospective student clears the Interview process, the parent needs to fill out and submit an Undertaking Letter (available from the school office) to gain Provisional Admission and pay the full fees outlined in the Fee Structure.
Step 5
Apply for Local Transfer Approval on the Bahrain e-GOVERNMENT portal
Once the fees are paid, the school will provide the parent with an Acceptance Letter which they need to upload, along with other required documents, to the Student School Transfer section on the Bahrain e-GOVERNMENT portal for Local Transfer Approval.
Step 6
Submit Local Transfer Approval to the school to confirm admission
Finally, a copy of the Approval received from the Bahrain e-GOVERNMENT portal and the original attested TC needs to be submitted to the school to confirm admission.
Authentications required on the Transfer Certificate for students transferring from another school.
TRANSFER FROM SCHOOLS WITHIN THE KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN
Apply online through the bahrain.bh e-government portal to gain required permissions from the Ministry of Education (Directorate of Private Education).
TRANSFER FROM SCHOOLS WITHIN THE GCC
Transfer Certificate should be attested by the Higher Education Council / Ministry of Education of that country.
TRANSFER FROM SCHOOLS IN INDIA
Apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi.
Students transferring from within the GCC and from India need to also do the following:
Get an initial approval from the Directorate of Private Education
Apply for an Equivalency Certificate at the Ministry of Education Examination Centre
